Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of your total room cost is due at time of booking. However should you wish to cancel, your deposit can be used for any future stay (applies to future stays 12 months after original booking date only). Bookings made within 7 days or less of the arrival date will not be subject to a deposit, however the policy below applies.


If cancelled 7 days or less before the arrival date or in the case of a no-show, 100% of the booking will be charged.


Details of the card you used to pay your deposit will be retained for the above purposes.

Please be aware management reserve the right to charge additional costs to the card details provided during booking; should any deep cleaning be required in rooms prior to checking out. This includes soiled fabrics (including mattresses, bedding and other upholstery) and any breakages or damages to fixtures and fittings. A £10 fee applies to all soiled fabrics (Excluding mattresses and other upholstery).  These items will be charged at a standard commercial cleaning fee of upto £100.
