Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of your total balance is taken at time of booking. However should youwish to cancel your booking and re-book for an alternate date we will carry over your deposit (this is subject to room availability).
Cancellations with less than 7 Days notice will be charged at 50% of the full booking cost and should you cancel with 3 day or less notice or in the case of a no showthe full cost will be charged.
Details of the card you used to pay your deposit will be retained for the above purposes.

Privacy Policy
Your personal details are safe with Llwyn Onn Guest House as we are totally committed to protecting your privacy. This includes all details you provide us at the time of booking e.g. names, addresses, telephone numbers, debit/credit card information and email addresses etc. Please note we do not exchange, sell, rent or give away your email address or any other details to other companies.
Booking
When you contact us about a booking we ask for personal details such as name, address and contact numbers which is stored locally on our computers. This information is required by us to contact you about your booking. We do not share this information with anyone else. We store personal details locally on our computers relating to the information you provide us with via the many communication methods e.g. e-mail, telephone etc. This is in order to meet and respond to your enquiries. If you do not wish for us to keep any of your details on file please advise us at the time of booking.
